سياسة الخصوصية — تطبيق «اطلب كابتن»
توضّح هذه السياسة كيف يجمع تطبيق «اطلب كابتن» بيانات المستخدمين ويستخدمها ويشاركها ويحميها، وكيف يمكنك طلب حذفها. باستخدامك للتطبيق فإنك توافق على ما ورد في هذه السياسة.
البيانات التي نجمعها
- بيانات الحساب: الاسم، رقم الهاتف، البريد الإلكتروني، وكلمة المرور (تُحفظ مشفّرة).
- تسجيل الدخول عبر Google: الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني ومعرّف حساب Google عند اختيارك هذه الطريقة.
- الموقع الجغرافي الدقيق والتقريبي: أثناء استخدام التطبيق فقط، لتحديد نقطة الانطلاق والوجهة وعرض الخريطة وتتبع الطلب. لا يجمع التطبيق الموقع في الخلفية.
- بيانات الطلبات: العناوين، نوع الخدمة، الملاحظات، السعر، وحالة الطلب وسجلّه.
- الرسائل: محادثاتك مع الكابتن ومع الدعم، بما فيها الصور أو الملفات التي ترسلها.
- الصور: عند اختيارك إرفاق صورة (مثلًا في الإعلانات أو المحادثة) يصل التطبيق إلى الكاميرا أو الصور التي تختارها فقط.
- بيانات الجهاز والإشعارات: رمز الإشعارات (Push Token)، معرّف داخلي للجهاز، نوع النظام، ورقم إصدار التطبيق، لإرسال إشعارات الطلبات والرسائل.
- التقييمات والشكاوى التي ترسلها عن الخدمة.
كيف نستخدم البيانات
- إنشاء حسابك وتسجيل دخولك وحمايته.
- استلام طلباتك وتوزيعها على الكباتن وتتبعها حتى التسليم.
- إرسال إشعارات حالة الطلب والرسائل وإشعارات الخدمة.
- تقديم الدعم وحل المشاكل ومنع الاحتيال وتحسين جودة الخدمة.
مشاركة البيانات
- الكابتن المكلّف بطلبك وجهة التوصيل المنفّذة له: يرون اسمك ورقم هاتفك ونقاط الانطلاق والوصول وتفاصيل الطلب بالقدر اللازم لتنفيذه.
- مزوّدو خدمات تقنية يعملون لصالحنا: Google (خرائط Google، تسجيل الدخول عبر Google، وFirebase Cloud Messaging للإشعارات)، Expo (توصيل الإشعارات)، ومزوّد الاستضافة السحابية لخوادمنا.
- الجهات الرسمية عندما يُلزمنا القانون بذلك.
لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية، ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات الموجّهة، ولا نتتبعك عبر تطبيقات أو مواقع أخرى.
حماية البيانات والاحتفاظ بها
تُنقل البيانات بين التطبيق وخوادمنا عبر اتصال مشفّر (HTTPS)، ويقتصر الوصول إليها على المخوّلين. نحتفظ بالبيانات طوال فترة نشاط حسابك، وبعد الحذف قد نحتفظ ببعض سجلات الطلبات والمعاملات المالية فقط بالقدر الذي يفرضه القانون أو تتطلبه المحاسبة وحل النزاعات.
حقوقك وحذف الحساب
يمكنك الاطلاع على بياناتك وتعديلها من داخل التطبيق، وطلب حذف حسابك وبياناتك. تفاصيل طريقة الحذف في صفحة حذف الحساب والبيانات. يمكنك أيضًا إيقاف الإشعارات أو صلاحية الموقع في أي وقت من إعدادات جهازك.
الأطفال
التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال دون 13 عامًا، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد.

Privacy Policy — «اطلب كابتن» customer app
This policy explains how the «اطلب كابتن» customer app collects, uses, shares and protects user data, and how you can request its deletion.
Data we collect
- Account data: name, phone number, email address and password (stored hashed).
- Google Sign-In: name, email and Google account ID when you choose this option.
- Precise and approximate location, only while the app is in use, to set pickup and destination, show the map and track your order. The app does not collect location in the background.
- Order data: addresses, service type, notes, price, status and history.
- Messages: your chats with captains and support, including images or files you send.
- Photos: only the camera capture or gallery items you choose to attach.
- Device and notification data: push token, an internal device identifier, OS and app version, used to deliver order and message notifications.
- Ratings and complaints you submit.
How we use data
- To create, secure and sign in to your account.
- To receive, dispatch and track your orders until delivery.
- To send order-status, message and service notifications.
- To provide support, prevent fraud and improve the service.
Sharing
- The captain and delivery operator handling your order see your name, phone number, pickup/drop-off points and order details as needed to fulfil it.
- Service providers acting on our behalf: Google (Google Maps, Google Sign-In, Firebase Cloud Messaging), Expo (notification delivery) and our cloud hosting provider.
- Authorities, when required by law.
We do not sell personal data, use it for targeted advertising, or track you across other apps or websites.
Security and retention
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access is limited to authorised staff. We keep data while your account is active; after deletion we may retain certain order and financial records only as required by law, accounting or dispute resolution.
Your rights and account deletion
You can view and edit your data in the app and request deletion of your account and data. See Account and data deletion. You can turn off notifications or location access at any time in your device settings.
Children
The app is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy and will publish updates on this page with the last-updated date.
