حذف الحساب والبيانات — تطبيق «اطلب كابتن»
كيف تطلب الحذف
أرسل رسالة إلى alkammm678@gmail.com من البريد المسجّل في حسابك أو اذكر رقم الهاتف المسجّل، واكتب أنك تطلب حذف حسابك وبياناتك. لا ترسل كلمة المرور. سنتواصل معك لتأكيد الطلب ثم ننفّذه.
ما يُحذف
- حساب العميل وبيانات الملف الشخصي (الاسم، الهاتف، البريد).
- العناوين المحفوظة ورموز الإشعارات المرتبطة بأجهزتك.
- ربط تسجيل الدخول عبر Google.
ما قد يُحتفظ به
قد نحتفظ ببعض سجلات الطلبات والمعاملات المالية مدة يفرضها القانون أو تتطلبها المحاسبة وحل النزاعات، وتُحذف أو تُجهّل بعد ذلك.

How to request deletion
Email alkammm678@gmail.com from the email on your account, or include your registered phone number, asking us to delete your account and data. Never send your password. We will contact you to confirm the request and then complete it.
What is deleted
- Your customer account and profile data (name, phone, email).
- Saved addresses and the push tokens linked to your devices.
- Your Google Sign-In link.
What may be retained
Certain order and financial records may be kept for the period required by law, accounting or dispute resolution, then deleted or anonymised.
